For the bride this is progress, for her sister it’s a shady act of greed. For their principled parents, finally, it’s one battle too many.
3 Winters premiered at the National Theatre, London, in November 2014. It was awarded the prestigious Susan Smith Blackburn Prize in 2015, given annually to the best new English-language play by a female playwright.

About the Author
Tena Stivicic's other plays include Fragile! (Arcola Theatre 2007) and Invisible (UK tour 2011), both published by NHB. Originally from Croatia, she studied for an MA in Playwrighting at Goldsmith’s University, London and won the European Author’s Award and Innovative Text Award at the Heidelberg Stückemarkt in 2008. She lives in London with her husband, the actor Douglas Henshall.
